  • 1 x 500 free
  • 5 x 200 free pull/breast (alternating)
  • 1×150 free cooldown

1650 yds, ~35 minutes

Thoughts: Not as killer of a workout as yesterday, but I knew it wasn’t going to be. I got to the pool a bit later and had to leave a bit earlier. For once, I had things to do at work.

I want to establish 1650 as the baseline for any of my workouts. I know now that I can physically swim this amount (in parts) and since 1 x 1650 is my goal for the next month, I don’t think it makes sense to ever have a workout where the yardage is less than 1650. A mile is a decent amount, at least for where I am now (beginner-intermediate level).

Yes, 1650. a month ago double my maximum, now my new minimum.
