  • 1 x 500 free
  • 8 x 50 free pull sprint on :45
  • 1 x 100 free, slow
  • 5 x 50 breast sprint on :55
  • 1 x 250 breast, slow
  • 1 x 2000 free (33-34 min.)
  • 1 x 300 free pull
  • 1 x 200 back pull

4,000 yards, 1 hr 25 min

I wanted to do 10 x 50 free pull an 10 x 50 breast sprints but…I guess underestimated how difficult these are. I haven’t done sets of sprints since getting back in the pool roughly two months ago. My body was not prepared. Anyway, I finished the free pull sprint and breast sets with the distance I would’ve swam in a full set of those sprints (so that each stroke came out to 500 yards).

First time swimming a 2000, which is cool. Wonder if I can get 2500 in the next week. I should do more backstroke.
